Copper fittings serve as the lifeline of navigation safety for ship seawater, cooling, fuel, and ballast systems, which operate under long-term harsh conditions: high salt spray, severe corrosion, strong vibration, and high pressure. • Excellent seawater corrosion resistance - Brass, tin bronze, and cupronickel (C70600 / C71500) have natural resistance to chloride ions, seawater erosion, and marine biofouling, making them irreplaceable key connectors in marine piping.

• Long service life and low maintenance cost - Marine copper fittings have a service life of up to 15-20 years, greatly reducing docking and replacement costs and improving vessel availability.

• Blank forming: Precision forging refines grains, improves density and strength, and provides far better fatigue resistance than castings, preventing vibration-induced cracks.
• Heat treatment: Solution treatment (950-980°C water quenching) eliminates internal stress, enhances corrosion resistance, and prevents stress corrosion cracking (SCC), which is essential for seawater piping.
• Machining: CNC precision finishing ensures dimensional tolerance ≤ ±0.05 mm and surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 μm for threads and sealing surfaces, guaranteeing reliable high-pressure sealing.
• Welding: High-purity argon arc welding (GTAW) produces oxide-free, porosity-free welds with strength and corrosion resistance close to the base metal, complying with classification society pressure requirements.
• Surface treatment: Pickling and passivation forms a dense protective film to further improve corrosion resistance in seawater environments.

Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001. We have Japanese CNC Tsugami, CNC Citizen, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T press machines, casting equipment, and various process equipment, which can effectively provide customers with the best technical solutions.
